My Onewheel journey began after an unexpected medical retirement from the U.S. Air Force. Searching for camaraderie and adventure, I found the local Onewheel Raleigh Facebook group. Together, a few of us founded Oak City Onewheel—a community built on passion, connection, and the thrill of the ride.
At Floatlife Fest 3, my leadership earned me the title “The Supreme Commander.” Over time, that evolved into the nickname everyone knows me by today: Supremo. Under that banner, our crew grew into Oak City Shredders, officially becoming a nonprofit in January 2021. Just months later, we hosted the first Oak City Shred Fest at Lakeside Retreats—a milestone that cemented our place in the PEV community.
Beyond the big events, I love bringing people together through themed rides like Halloween and Star Wars, and I’m always chasing new ways to grow the stoke. As a proud Flight Fins rider, my style is all about agility and creativity—leaping over obstacles with a grin.
I’m also a dad of four, and one of my greatest joys is sharing this passion with my youngest son, Eli “LT. Commander” Christensen—from riding together to commentating on his first race.
Our mission is simple: Spread the Stoke. Cultivate Partnerships. Grow the Community. Whether you ride a Onewheel or any other PEV, you’re invited to be part of this story.
🐿 Join us—ride the waves of adventure, connection, and endless stoke.
